The company now trades on the PINKS - negative
Very low volume with so many unknowns - negative
Don't know how to run a publicly traded company - negative
Possible major issues with past accounting practices - negative
Haven't had timely filings in a LONG time - negative

Nicole Kidman has been a spokesperson for over 2.5 years - Nothing has come of it
Avenir/Sera Labs product line - who knows - no true history presented - expensive DNA serum
Sales Increasing - possibly - who knows

Valuation - they are UPSIDE DOWN https://simplywall.st/stocks/us/pharmaceuticals-biotech/otc-curr/avenir-wellness-solutions
(OVER VALUED AT CURRENT SHARE PRICE)

My take - until such time as the lawsuit is settled - Bearish - could go lower and possibly delisted.
If they LOSE the lawsuit against IONIC, and have problems with accounting - BANKRUPTCY
