Based on the Company Tweet- it appears that they might have already closed the deal.

Do we really want news to come out on the Friday (June 30th) of July 4th weekend?

Would bet news comes after July 4 holiday and rightfully so

Just for countdown sake- did the most recent PR say that the company would release an update by June 30th or just that they hoped to finalize the agreement by June 30?

There is a big difference between "expectation to close" and expectation to officially announce by the end of June. Based on Grant's tweet it sounds like everything is coming together as planned. It would be a horrible idea for CAVR to officially announce the details with July 4th coming on Tuesday. Investors will be taking time off within the next week or so. The last thing you want to do is announce when a major holiday is coming up. Waiting to announce after the 4th is in the best interest of CAVR, its investors and potential investors. In addition, based on all of this, SG your countdown is mute.
