A little too much tea leaf reading before the fact for me. I think Smith is taking so long precisely because he is trying to nail down intent. Hell, there was 60 days of 'stop the steal', fake electors and 'it's going to be wild'. For all we know Rudy just threw Trump under the bus. A slow rolling coup IS proof of intent.
