That nonsense has been repeatedly debunked, and doesn't jibe with reality.

Nothing in place for the obvious rule-benders that skirt the fringes of TOS, especially for those who have managed to become MODs and deliberately censor posts that don't jive with whatever agenda they're pushing? These MODs have found a way to weaponize the "system" and there seems to be no recourse.

How often do you request admin reviews of your deleted posts? That seems to me to be an easy way to deal with your perceived problem. The admins WILL restore any post that doesn't violate the TOU.
