Banger - Are you waffling ? Moving the Goal Posts AGAIN ? Over-Promise / Under-Deliver?

Some gas, some liquid. We were told 100% , "fully operational" EOY 2022. Then Q-1 2023.
Now EOQ -1.
If we don't get an announcement or update from PLUG, that is an admission by omission, and The Off Wall Street Boys will hammer PLUG for lying again.
