Oh wow!!! Where the hell did that come from?! Complete surprise. I've been complaining about the lack of revenue or any funding (legit or otherwise) that would indicate that Johnny is making moves to expand the company. I don't see any filings disclosing the over 114M shares added to the OS as of 30APR23 (Exempt from registration due to non-public offering), but that and presumably the shares issued between then and now explains where that money came from. The AS is up exponentially, so it's obvious sustantial dilution is incoming. Keep an eye on volume.
