This should be interesting, given that Miller has no experience in the biotech field. it was previous management that had it. And if what they had was any good, they wouldn't have failed and let the ticker be taken over by Miller.
Still wondering how they'll get away with absconding with the Sumcoin assets from USEI shareholders. If there are any shareholders with a significant stake in USEI, there'll be a lawsuit, I imagine. But if not, and as I suspect, no one will bother with the expense.
So Miller gets away with theft. It could only happen in the OTC.
