If I had sinus infections and constant nasal problems, I would pay whatever I could afford to, if it would help. I only know that neti pots have never worked for my SIL and he said this product has really helped. He never would have bought it for himself, so I sent it to Switzerland where the shipping charges were probably as expensive as the product itself. lol
