I have a neti pot. Haven't used it in awhile but my problem always was I could only get the water to flow through one nostril. Fortunately, it's few and far between now that I get stuffed up and I don't need it.

I think my alcoholism had a lot to do with it too. My liver was like oh no buddy, I'm just going to shoot all this waste back up out your nose.

I used to snore like a tractor trailer driving by (reason #6015 why i'm divorced), but I don't anymore. Since quitting both drinking and smoking I'm doing much better and haven't had any complaints from my stay over friends.
