Even so, the price/share keeps rising. I let another 5% of the position go this AM at $145.43 when a GTC Limit hit at the Open. I'm keeping a healthy reserve of cash for this holding which is derived from the sale of small amounts of the shares. Cash is now adding to the total return in the form of interest (where it hadn't for most of the New Millennium!).
GNRC is in my 'sandbox' portfolio of individual company stocks. There are just 10 positions there and it's an IRA, so realized cap gains are welcome. The current short interest on GNRC is still above 8% of float. Price/Book is still expensive and P/E is the same. Price/Sales isn't cheap, either, so managing share inventory and capturing profits when they appear is important.
