No dilutions for at least 1 year as DM implied with cash on hand today. DM is not stupid why dilute with MULN shares in the pennies when he can do it in the dollars price. Institutions have DM's neck inside a guillotine. His head will role if he continues to devastate the MULN stock/Co.
Again, time will tell how things shape up.
