The point I made is different.
HuggyTheBear made a claim.
He then 'must' support the claim; to prove the claim, claimed as fact.
The claim that Mullen has no production equipment installed and will not manufacture anything in Tunica is at this point only conjecture, deduction, and expressed bias, as this claim has not been proven.
Both claims have yet been proven, as the evidence to establish as fact each claim has yet been provided.
