It's funny how some people know this, while others don't.

I propose we all know it, yet personal choice of pre-decision, prejudice, bias, deduction based upon existing facts, are used and relied upon to demand a different claim.

Mullen's current and future installation of equipment, and future production in Tunica, insisted and demanded as non-existent, is a claim known to be unproven due to insufficient evidence, yet is demanded as fact due to personal and collective pre-decision, prejudice, bias.

I love the deference to Hardge. But he is a conman. And he has been proven a liar.

"A Vicksburg man who claimed to hold revolutionary patents and who accepted more than $200,000 from investors has pleaded guilty to violating securities laws.

Hardge was released on a $100,000 bond after the brief hearing, pending his sentencing on Nov. 5.

During the November 1999 term of the Warren County grand jury, Hardge was indicted on two counts of felony bad checks. He posted a $90,000 bond, but was arrested by the Vicksburg Police Department two months later on security charges.

Hardge was then indicted by the May 2000 term of the Warren County grand jury on 10 counts of securities fraud and 10 counts of the sale of securities that were not registered with the Secretary of State’s Office, as required by law. He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment.

In November, Hardge could face a maximum of five years in prison and a $25,000 fine on each count.

"Mr .Hardge has not been proven a liar nor has Michery about production"[/I]

Hardge had one patent that was granted in 1999 - and expired in 2007 - Patent Expired Due to NonPayment of Maintenance Fees.

Obviously it didn't have any commercial value as it hasn't been monetized.

What is the patent number for his Black Box Technology?
