Once again.....MONI.....This is what accumulation looks like. Shares being bought on the open market and removed from the trading pool......3 cents will be HERE and GONE before you know it. If Borders Consultant's confession that he's in the mist of accumulating tens if not hundreds of millions of shares isn't convincing enough and you need some validation. One need to look no further than L2 to tell you all you need to know. Just an observation.....
