Too complex of a thought for him. It goes outside of his Dem-hating, talking point mantras, so has to be discarded via long, irrational treatises. The old Goebbels routine of repeating something over and over and soon he has convinced himself that they are not false equivalencies, which is the fuel of his standard lines. It is an irritant, and offends most everyone's sensibilities that post here, that is why he can troll so many responses so often.
Recent examples of that is repeating over and over the question directly to people of whether they had a superior athlete daughter. No conclusions or reasoning, just a personal question without context in trying to be clever about the trans issue. That might get someone tossed out of a dive bar, but so far we generally we allow the voice of self-smugness here in the interests of covering the bases. But bases are a both-side stipulation... it is like he would prefer to hit the ball and then run around aimlessly on the field.
