Why does it concern you if WNFT is called a twice hijacked shell? I think that is a good thing! What if It was posted instead that it was a shell that the court had lovingly and with the greatest of care and concern for investors asked George Sharp to manage and return to great value.
You need to read and understand what a hijacked shell means.
Here you go:
"The “Legal” Heist
This method is a favorite of seedy–and sometimes disbarred–lawyers. It involves using an unsuspecting state court judge to facilitate the scheme. This is probably the most egregious of the frauds committed by corporate hijackers because it is an abuse of the state court system in which fraudulent statements are made to a judge. To pull it off, the seedy lawyer files bogus state court receivership or custodianship actions, which are then used to reinstate the defunct company. In these actions, the custodianship or receivership pleadings make various fraudulent representations: that the new custodians are genuine investors, that the hijackers will act in the best interests of the (defunct) company, and so on. In reality, the fraudster lawyer’s true intention is to enact a large reverse stock split to eliminate the legitimate shareholders and create a public shell."
That is exactly what Sharp did.
GOFF/WNFT has been hijacked twice first by Adam Tracy then Sharp.
Speaking of Adam S Tracy. It is interesting the timing of some of his hijacked shells running like GOFF, TRON, and LOTE considering the serious serious issues that Adam S Tracy is now facing.
The SEC banned Tracy from any involvement in securities.
The death knell has sounded for Sharp.
"GOFF/Adam Tracy/George Sharp
A little back history on GOFF and how George became involved.
Oddly I couldn’t help but wonder - is Tracy still involved in some way? Does he still own shares? Is it just a coincidence he is now heavily involved with Blockchain now?
