As long as he discloses it, it isn’t a problem.
Simple concept, but most penny investors ignore that stuff…and then complain when the stock drops like a rock for EXACTLY the reasons they tell you in a filing.
There is one paragraph in the most recent prospectus that perfectly describes what is happening and why and even what the expected affect will be on the stock price.
But I am not sure many, if any, “investors” paid attention to it.
I have talked about it more than a few times.
I wonder if anyone can find it?
