Well, thank you very, very much. Finally glad to see and hear it.

Okay. Those of us that have been doing our DD on UPZS think we are on to a good stock with an excellent product and excellent management.

HOWEVER, This report is HORRIBLE for UPZS stock. Anytime SEC investigation is even mentioned, investors bail.
I don't understand no word to the reporter from UPZS. Just we will get to you ASAP--anything except silence. It was handled as bad as it could have been IMO. Now do a factual PR and move on.

NOW, Jim and all management should stay focused on running the company. Open the new stores, sigh up frachisees, just keep on managing and DON"T WORRY about the stock price. Get the things done, the price will follow. Don't lose focus!

thanks for the notice. definitely not a great promo, and Unique should probably issue some sort of pr addressing this asap. chances are they're already working on it. but that report was pretty much exactly what i expected. the blind leading the blind. really, who buys stock in a company based off cold calling from a 3rd party marketer, AND THEN decides to do some research? and how in the world did she overlook the fact that this company has real stores that you can go to and buy from? i still need to look at the "restricted from selling securities in PA" part, but this seems like the news station was trying a little harder to make a story than investigate the claim. nothing but a bunch of panicked people running for the exit right now, imo. the whole thing is kinda sad and funny at the same time.
