The dashed orange line, around $53.80. The PPS has to break through it significantly, then probably a small setback back to line occurs, and then the Cup and Handle price target is the height of the cup (around $45), so breakout point $53.80 + height of cup $45 = target $99 (or let's round up to $100 :-) ) would be the new chart based price target after the BREAKOUT IMO
