Nice find Senor_C. I really like this one. That also makes three or four FID timelines mentioned in various articles we have seen this year.
"The company expects to make an equity investment announcement in March or April, most likely with a single equity partner for the whole sum." .....pretty precise.
There was another post by someone that said by end of year 2023.....very open.
Then we just read one that said “early June or early July.” ....back to precise again.
Then your article says “MOL's investment will be used to accelerate final investment decisions on the first two FLNG vessels this year.” .....pretty open but includes both.
Now I believe it could happen at any time. I feel like this MOL deal is the necessary final straw. I think it will come as soon as they get the final estimates back…. On top of that, it is possible that the second FID could be at the same time or shortly thereafter the first. Others will see that they are ready and more SPAs and other investors could show up.
