Listing had it wrong. Needs a lot of work?

Have you seen recent photos of those buildings inside and out…and land surrounding the buildings? Looks like bears and coyotes have been living in there. Why use photos of nasty rusty beat up restroom?

If the sale of property was contingent on state tax incentives and inducements … and the company is on record that those have been granted for weeks now…when is the closing? lol

The property purchase isn’t contingent upon funding? Lololol!
