Since DOJ didn't indict on Mueller's case...(which personally I don't understand, I thought he had wrapped it up and all DOJ had to do was wait till he left office) The right can and 'will continue' to play the 'Politically Motivated' card...

You have to be right that he wouldn't win the presidency. I don't think the American electorate as a whole would want him. That, of course,

The agency is also investigating Trump’s role in the January 6 Capitol riot.
