Smith has got Trump dead to rights. Plea of guilty with shorter prison term than the guidelines call for. Give him a year at least. Two other indictments, GA and 1/6, are likely before Trump approaches trial. Plea his ass out for those two; 3-5 years all together for guilty as charged.

He'll never see prison time of course, although his sentence should have begun 40 years ago for his first known crime.
