Are tweets like that just part of his DollarTree retainer service?

I can't imagine, if mONI is as fab as Frank notCEO has promoted it to be, why such violent hostility is necessary (or productive), especially if he's "going to let the transaction speak for itself."

Those tweets were to me on twitter. I didn't bother responding to the last one about my assumptions and how they are irresponsible because it would definitely come across as bashing. Which I'm not. I'm hopeful this is a rare OTC situation that actually delivers. I like that they brought on Frank as an advisor. I wouldn't think he would put his reputation on the line for something that wasn't possible. My concern was (and is):

In April and May Frank B states - I'm here until the deal is done.

Come June when there still isn't a deal done despite the claims of it being real close....

Frank B states - it's out of my hands.

That to me is distancing and so I asked about it. He says he isn't distant and he is all in. Then he throws in some garbage that I'm irresponsible for making that assumption. Whatever....if he says he's in...that works for me. I just don't get the lack of tweets about it though....
