All other attempts to spin it in a different light betray their (lack of) intelligence.

FINRA legal proceeding 3-19407 was open, and in denial of Rule 6490, due to prior management request of:

1. Change of Corporate Name
2. Change of Symbol
3. 1/20,000 reverse split

On 5/17/23 Sharp withdrew the application for review (the items above) submitted by prior management BECAUSE HE IS NOT DOING OR REQUESTING THESE ACTIONS.

On 6/1/23 FINRA granted this review and CLOSED/DISMISSED it.

So what open issues are there now with FINRA for GVSI?

ANSWER: THERE ARE NONE!!!
