100% agree, and here is something else that few have considered.
NLS* are in a similar position, all their cases in NDC are stayed pending
the outcome of TX. The jury in TX has already awarded them $300M, with up to
3 times that possible with more patents looking very favourable to come. Gilstrap and Albright are quite formidable. Both are for settlements rather than trials. Could be a complete landslide. My point is TX rulings on both stocks may ultimately make
NDC mute and irrelevent. That is my personal opinion and that or something similar is what I believe is going to play out here in time. Call it a hunch.

Joint stipulation & proposed order to dismiss Google cases in N CA hit the docket tonight. Each party to bear their own attorney fees.

Only proposed at this point but since it’s a joint stipulation, Judge Donato will likely approve.
