I posted a couple weeks back that Lucy Hine, the reporter for Tradewinds who wrote the last public piece on the boys, that they told her the report had not yet been received. No reason to not believe them since they historically have told the public about the various feed studies etc over the years.
Typical Delfin. Not once in all this time have they ever hit their mark but they like to let us think that they are near! No final cost from the builders = no final structure to all of the various FID components. Q3 at this point in my non humble opinion. But maybe they might try and surprise themselves for once.
