I played in an outing every year where everyone got a pink ball and if you played it for that hole, the score would stand. If you hit it out of the park, it was gone. I made a mockery of it by screaming at the top of my lungs.... "Pinky where are you, where's pinky" all throughout the round but if you came home with your pink ball, you got a prize.
I failed most times by trying to drive the green and hitting it into the parking lots but I'll never miss pinky, she was a tough ol' gal.
