As I've mentioned before, it all comes down to whether you have trust in your due diligence or not. I have no fear whatsoever. One thing is clear: Tucker has already spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on filings. He cannot afford to go broke. It would hurt him much more than it would hurt us if he fails to follow through.
