Let's wait for Form 10 filings first before jumping to conclusions. Everything I said is true.
If the audited Form 10 posts to EDGAR, it takes 60 days to become effective. OTCM will move this stock over to Expert Market during the interim. We are Expert Market traders and buy it when it is down.
If the Form 10 passes SEC review, it will come back to Pink Current in 60 days.
It's all hot air until we see the Form 10. They should at least state their auditor.
