We aren’t talking about “due diligence” in a business acquisition…which btw that definition includes no notion of positive or negative.
We are talking about what will be generated as a “DD package” that will be little more than wildly optimistic projections and fanciful hype about the bazillions of dollars the “IP” is worth. Anything to stimulate the penny stock imagination. That isn’t “DD”. That is wishful thinking.
I’ve seen it happen so many times. Usually around some ridiculous projections of a stock price that defy reason and common sense.
