I doubt anyone could hyjack it without a fight. Born Inc appears to still be in business. Not spending the money to keep their ticker registered doesn't mean they would just let someone else run off with it. I had high hopes for it too but, you just don't know how or if new owners will be successful in their business attempts. I am in one that actually managed a move to the nasdaq and now they are struggling to keep it from getting kicked off.
