Maybe it's just me but I would tie off on my incriminations until I knew for sure what I was sayiing was a point in fact.

Most PR's come out days after a deal was inked. Here's a perfect example, deal was inked on On May 5, 2023 but the 8K didn't come out till May 11, 2023 and the PR actually didn't drop until May 12, 2023 there's a full 6 and 7 days from when the deal was inked.
