This is why the OTC is officially dead. The Expert Market is a totally corrupt concept. I remember back when SEC 15c-211 amendment was announced.....I told people that it would kill the OTC for good. People told me that they would never kill the OTC, too much money is in this market. Well......we are finding out now.
