Why don’t they just look at flu vaccines uptake pre Covid and now. That would be the best metric to gauge RSV vaccine uptake. I have read about two thirds of older adults regularly take vaccines. So even if half adults take it that’s 40-50 million in the US (depending on age ACIP goes with). That’s 6-7.5B annually at 150 a dose which is what the vaccine makers have telegraphed as the cost (this may change pending 2 year data). It’s easy to see how the analyst gets to 15B annually worldwide but it may take some time to get there IMO (but if anything recent press including this article have been great free advertising )
