Dempsey has never left us. He has worked day and night this week, his DD helped me tremendously. When the defunct thing came out, he has countered it right away and told many of us. He was still awake, can you imagine! So he just needed sleep, he told us, that's all. And to be clear to anyone in case it created uncertainty: it doesn’t need a verified profile to stay off EM if filings come and update it current. While I understand your frustration - you know quite well I put far too much time and DD into this to let one incorrect tweet from a random investor - affect all the KNOWN PROVABLE DD here. While I’m just as upset about the days events- I’m pro active and think it’s about to Turn in our favor big time IMO.
I needed rest and there was no chance I was trading the stock today. “Abandon” was definitely the wrong word you used and I appreciate the apology. I can’t control lies that come from people on Twitter etc. People have to seek their own DD. Call Otc markets and demand an answer and you will see it was an untruth. If they submit their filings and then confirm if any additional verification to profile is needed - they will not face any chance at Expert Markets. They have a grace period which was shocking put on a day early IMO as it relates to FILINGS. they made it clear they aren’t concerned about Rule 15c2-11 amendments. To me that means they handled what was needed.
Just because I finally decided to sleep after a few days of not getting much - doesn’t mean anything has changed other then my poor health as an old man. If anything - my constant attempts to seek info yielded me the exact opposite. SOME GOOD NEWS.
I confirmed earlier that tweet was wrong and commingled info that wasn’t accurate. I confirmed that before the market even opened since ei was exhausted. It wasn’t even a tweet from OTC markets either it was from some “no name tweet” account. Otc markets would have said - If they submit filings - none of this matters. The Company than even responded that they aren’t worried about needing an updated profile since they intend to FILE AUDITS- which does that itself with Otc. And must already be doing that .
For good measure - I emailed Tucker if he can just make sure he doesn’t need anything additional to secure a verified OTC markets profile once the uploads are done. It’s so silly to think you would if you submit filings and audits and speak with Otc making sure they know what your intention is. They would make clear wha tense would be needed and who knows if they did it or are doing it - or truly need it as a larger reporter. I will just wait to see how it plays out.
SO ULTIMATELY- I passed out for a session, when I normally do tend to sleep. My DD stays the same. I HOPE ALL GET A CHANCE TO READ THIS. THERE IS NO CHANCE the CEO TUCKER- would go to all these lengths to get audited filings and then face expert markets over a verified profile issue. He stated he spoke to them and mentioned not to worry about the Rule 15c2-11 amendments..
Therefore - there is no change at all to the DD and I think $CNNA is an incredible opportunity as it’s presents TODAY at a cheaper pps ithen It did the day before. I don’t care for retail games. I know you know that. I bet it could have a powerful session and be right back fighting for new HOY. All It needs is company deliverables.
IMO- there is far too much under the hood here - and I bet it has a recovery and THE LAST LAUGH. I bet Tucker, Caruso and Kramer can’t wait to WIN and deliver for their shareholders especially after the nonsense that occurred today. I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE - as I believe this company are fighters and will win under Tucker to get SEC filings and registrar done.

I feel strongly that this company will deliver AUDITS for its shareholders. And the end result will be all new 52 week high pps IMO. A shock and awe affect for those that tried to convince others provokes existed when they really didn’t.
