Seriously Reaganomics is where it started. And seriously there are many posts around giving you
more. For one, this post gives some ways in which Democrats changed the world so to speak:

Democrats lost the U.S. House but stopped a red wave. How?

This post gives you more:

Yeah and some say neoliberalism in the USA started with Jimmy Carter. Bottom line on your saying Clinton started job shift offshore is just not true. Reagan - Thatcher, Hayek thought edged out Keynes for a time... and as i've just posted to you .. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=170912172 .. the effect of the trade deals on jobs leaving USA is not close to settled.

Jonathan Chait disputed accusations that the Democratic Party had been hijacked by neoliberals, saying that its policies have largely stayed the same since the New Deal. Instead, Chait suggested these accusations arose from arguments that presented a false dichotomy between free-market economics and socialism, ignoring mixed economies. [189] American feminist philosopher Nancy Fraser says the modern Democratic Party has embraced a "progressive neoliberalism", which she describes as a "progressive-neoliberal alliance of financialization plus emancipation".[190] Historian Walter Scheidel says that both parties shifted to promote free-market capitalism in the 1970s, with the Democratic Party being "instrumental in implementing financial deregulation in the 1990s".[191] Historians Andrew Diamond and Thomas Sugrue argue that neoliberalism became a "'dominant rationality' precisely because it could not be confined to a single partisan identity."[192] Economic and political inequalities in schools, universities, and libraries and an undermining of democratic and civil society institutions influenced by neoliberalism has been explored by Buschman.[193]

Chait and others, even others on this board, retain more in their heads than i ever will now. I have enough fucking trouble remembering what day it is.

You know what you want. Any one of course could just as well demand of you what you demand of us. I wouldn't . Because it's been done over years by others who are far more expert. And it's noted, others here haven't demanded it of you either. It's a lifetime job for many.

The graphic, posted several times here now, showing the debt racked up by each president suggests that it is a Reaganomics Ground Hog Day movie.

Did you not see a pattern of tax cuts followed by more debt and recession? A Dem, Clinton, was responsible for the ONLY budget surplus since '80.

Despite the deficit spending that the Great Recession compelled Obama to undertake he took a slice off the debt he inherited, mostly through economic recovery tax revenue, and he underwent the same debt ceiling hike hostage taking at the hands of the GOP that Biden just experienced.

One bothsidesism pertains; both Trump and Biden had to confront the Covid induced economic dislocations with the same increased government spending that is employed to fight all recessions.
