'jeffgator'....ice is not in on the SEC investigation. CKYS is being investigated by agents employed with the SEC. Jimbo Plant and his PR machine are what caused the attention that resulted in the TRADING SUSPENSION. I suggest that you contact the SEC with any questions regarding their investigation. I will not be raking in ckys shares tomorrow and I hope you are able to sell yours as I'm sure you are planning to do. Good trading to you. JMHO
