I think Judge Gilstrap's motivation is simple with moving dates, issuing sua spotted orders, etc. He wants cases off his schedule. He has plenty of other cases to attend to. It's really that simple. If he allows endless delays, his schedule becomes difficult to manage. He realizes, at some point, things have to wrap up. That's how it should be.

$NLST Nothing screams "We are in BIG TROUBLE" like Google and Samsungs latest filings in DE. I can only assume things are not going well in the 912 IPR.
