Oh how the tables have turned - now Google is crying over Netlist’s strategy & tactics in Delaware. When Netlist responded to Google’s Supplemental Authority, I thought It's funny... if Google didn't file the Supplemental Authority, Netlist wouldn't have a chance to respond the way they did and we wouldn't have learned a few things, and from what I can remember we have not seen anything in depth like that from Netlist in this case. Well, Google just filed this letter requesting a reply because they don’t like the topics and arguments that Netlist presented and addressed.
