They put out a disclosure statement......still working on audited financials. So we now wait until the end of June.......
The CareClix companies were audited for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2020 and 2021 which have been filed with the Annual Disclosure Report for the Company for 2022; however, those audits were not by a PCAOB registered auditor. The Company has engaged a PCAOB audit firm to reaudit the financial statements of the CareClix Companies for 2020
and 2021, to audit the CareClix Companies and Virtual Health Holdings, Inc. for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022 and to review their financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. On completion of that audit and review, expected to be completed in the Second Quarter, we plan to register the 50,000,000 shares of common stock issued as the acquisition consideration and distribute those shares and thereafter commence reporting as an SEC registered company.
