I am not sure, but I do not think it is old. Or if it is old, it still is valid. News usually looks at all angles prior to reporting it on TV, especially after the Dan Rather screw up.

It also is not good news when the company does not return calls. Damage Control better be up all night to fix this or we will see downward movement.
