I do remember the rep's name but I don't want to get her in trouble. I find it interesting that the manager can say it is not 50% when she can't say what it is. The 12 months is coming up in a just a few weeks ... they should have the pro rata confirmed by this time. It may be that 50% is not the exact percentage but I'm fairly certain it is in the ballpark. Perhaps the manager is saying 50% is NOT the the EXACT percentage. This is quite frustrating.
