No reason to discuss 14C. Damage was done

14C filed with the company tweeting "not even a possibility and not happening anytime soon" for 10 months. That's how a stock gets destroyed by the shorts. Company is 100% responsible for the stock erosion during the last 14C and afterwards. It was a joke of an approach using the 14C in that manner.
