No..not really anything much to look at. If I were the SEC, I would stall the btch' out of this in order to not deal with the headache. This SPAC is centered around an individual running for President ....and this same SPAC is hoping to merge with a social media company that was was founded by an individual running for President.
How would that look if Trump is actually nominated ? As in having a public mouth piece that is listed and selling securities and notes....that is also completely linked to a Presidential candidate.
No fn' way man.....hence the stall. Reality is just that...reality.
