"not enough bone for implants top or bottom."

You can get bone grafts, although it's very expensive.

I feel for ya and I realize that the economics, costs/benefits, may be prohibitive.

But I went to AI for 'artificial mandibles'. Ask your dentist about.....osseointegration.

Artificial mandibles for tooth implants are not currently available as a standard dental procedure. However, there have been advancements in dental implant technology that aim to provide functional and aesthetic replacements for missing teeth. These implants typically consist of a titanium post that is surgically placed into the jawbone to serve as an artificial tooth root.

Tooth implants are commonly used to replace individual missing teeth or support dental prosthetics such as bridges or dentures. The titanium post fuses with the jawbone through a process called osseointegration, providing a stable foundation for the artificial tooth or prosthetic.

While the current technology focuses on replacing individual teeth, researchers and scientists are continually working on advancements in dental implantology. It is possible that in the future, advancements in materials and techniques could lead to the development of more complex artificial mandibles or jaw structures. However, it's important to note that such advancements would require extensive research, testing, and regulatory approvals before becoming widely available.

If you're considering dental implants or have specific concerns about your oral health, it's always best to consult with a qualified dentist or oral surgeon. They can provide you with the most up-to-date information and discuss the available treatment options for your specific situation.
