Nobody is buying at these prices because they know no loan is happening. No 50 mil nor 1 mil.

Have to be insane to loan the company any amount of money unless your grabbing tens/hundreds millions of shares (those aren't available), getting 35%-50% of the company and 50-51% of voting rights (that ain't happening) and a lockbox on the bank account. Worse than giving away Medi profits (PPA) and equipment scenario.
