I've followed penny stocks for years and there are certain truisms. One being ''reverse splits never happen...until they do.''

One of mine is ''assume they're lying scum till proven otherwise.''

If everything is finalized and proven legit I'll have no problem buying in at higher prices. Until then I'll hold management's feet to the fire.
