$.08 Undoubtedly, something major afoot and I am taking this as a "surprise". Got to be some follow up "surprises" on this, but I'm happy after some digging the past few hours.
The increase of Authorized Shares to 5mmm is not surprise, as getting to the end would require payment of contingencies! Not saying we ARE at the end, but I do believe something major is up and it is positive! We will see!
If I understand correctly the vote was before the agreement with Amazon. The 621 + mio warrants for Dip were issued long time ago and are exercisable until 2031. Not clear if some of them are already exercised. They have approx. 2.5 million o/s wich 1.3. are restricted. Still more than a billion in a/s available. Let's hope they play it light leaving the momentum intact. Anyway investors should be aware.
