Artfink, let's not wait to vote, I'd like to see what the investors are thinking, as this will indicate if our common shares will be diluted to unimagineable levels or stand to be worth something if they are not diluted by the conversion.

And, I, for one, want Sandy Winnick to know how many shareholders on this board plan to convert and how many on this board will JUST SAY NO.

most wont admit the are converting. we should figure it out by the OS count in April.
